IT asset management
without the chaos
AssetPilot is an IT asset management platform for Microsoft-first teams: track hardware, reconcile Intune and Autopilot, manage Microsoft 365 licenses and approve purchasing in Teams, all in one platform with zero spreadsheets.
Just a few of the teams who trust AssetPilot to keep track of their assets

One platform for the whole asset lifecycle
From the day a device is purchased to the day it's retired , AssetPilot covers procurement, deployment, licensing and finance without leaving the Microsoft ecosystem.
Asset registry & custody
Every device tracked by tag, serial and hostname, with signature-backed check-outs and a full repair history.
Intune, Autopilot & Apple sync
Reconcile Windows, Mac and iOS devices against your register automatically, no manual CSV wrangling.
Microsoft 365 licensing
Live SKU sync with per-department costs and reports that surface wasted and overlapping seats.
Teams-native purchasing
Purchase requests, quote comparison and one-click approvals that live where your approvers already work.
Finance-grade reporting
Depreciation, book value and replacement forecasts alongside operational and lease reporting.
Role-based access
Configurable roles for every level of access, plus a self-service portal for end users.
Trusted by IT teams and the partners who support them
From in-house IT teams to the managed service providers running fleets on their behalf.
We replaced a monthly spreadsheet reconciliation with a register that's always right and cut audit prep from two weeks to an afternoon. Intune and Autopilot data used to live in three different exports; now it's one source of truth our whole helpdesk trusts.
We provide AssetPilot to a number of our managed IT customers, it gives us one consistent way to track hardware and licensing across every client tenant, instead of a different spreadsheet for each one.
Setup took an afternoon, not a rollout project. We had our tenant connected and our first few hundred assets reconciled before lunch.
Your register and your tenant, finally in agreement
Most asset tools stop at a spreadsheet. AssetPilot reconciles your register against Intune and Windows Autopilot by serial number, so you can instantly see devices that were never registered, or assigned to the wrong person.
- Live directory users and photos from Microsoft Graph
- Intune & Autopilot cross-reference by serial number
- Warranty looked up automatically on every asset, multiple vendors supported
Questions about getting started
Everything you need to know before connecting your tenant.
Minutes, not a rollout project. Sign in with a local account or connect Microsoft Entra ID, then import or sync your first assets.
No. AssetPilot has its own local login, so the full asset registry, check-outs and purchasing workflow work standalone for any organisation. If you do run Microsoft 365, connecting Entra ID unlocks single sign-on plus Intune, Autopilot and license sync, but it's entirely optional.
Yes, bring your current register in by import and AssetPilot will deduplicate on serial number and hostname as it goes.
Entra ID for SSO and directory, Intune for managed devices, Windows Autopilot for provisioning state, Microsoft 365 for license SKUs and Teams for purchasing approvals.
Read-only access to directory, device and license data, granted with admin consent. Nothing is written back to your tenant.
