How is pricing counted?
You pay per managed asset per month, the physical devices in your register. End users, approvers and admins are unlimited on every plan.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
No, AssetPilot has its own local login, so the registry and purchasing workflow work standalone. Connecting Microsoft 365 is optional and unlocks Entra ID SSO, Intune, Autopilot and license sync.
Can I self-host?
Enterprise supports private and self-hosted deployment on a Postgres data layer, with SSO enforcement and custom roles.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, Starter and Professional include a free trial so you can try AssetPilot standalone or connect your own Microsoft tenant before committing.
