These terms apply to the marketing website only. Use of the AssetPilot product itself is governed by a separate agreement entered into when you sign up.

• Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or data from the Site
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including introducing malware

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and the AssetPilot name and mark, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Submitting the demo request or contact form does not create a contract between you and us. Any subsequent trial, demo, or subscription is subject to separate terms agreed at that time.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
